Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

The Property Analyst plays a pivotal role in supporting the logistics portfolio by generating timely, accurate, and insightful information and analysis.
Responsible for financial modelling, analysis, and reporting, this role directly contributes to strategic business objectives.
Effective coordination and liaison with various stakeholders across the organization, including investment management, funds management, asset management, leasing, development, finance, and capital transactions, are central to success in this role.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Completing asset and portfolio level modelling.
  • Coordinating with a variety of stakeholders to prepare papers, reporting and analysis for stabilised assets, development pipeline and acquisition opportunities.
  • Preparing information in support of the Fund Manager for the logistics capital partnership.
  • Undertaking research and document findings relating to opportunities or focus areas requiring review or analysis across the broader Logistics division.
  • Preparing reporting and analysis in support of ASX market updates and announcements.
  • Ad hoc reporting and analysis in response to requests from internal and external stakeholders across the broader Logistics division.
