We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated professional with excellent relationship building and people skills to join our high-performing Partner Channel team as a Property Assessing Coordinator. This new role will be reporting to our National Property Assessing Manager. Ideally, you’ll have good understanding of insurance with some property claims experience, along with excellent customer service skills to ensure claims progress smoothly through the assessment process. You’ll be an administrative super star with excellent organisation and coordinating skills. You’ll have a willingness to learn and contribute to the wider team.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating the claims that require loss adjusting services to ensure they are allocated in the most efficient way.
- Overseeing all incoming emails to ensure appropriate action taken.
- Responsible for contacting suppliers to action tasks within defined service level timeframes.
- Understanding end-to-end claims process and working closely with Property Loss Adjusters.
- Developing and managing customer relationships to ensure a positive customer experience.
