The successful applicant will have the ability to work as an enthusiastic team member with like-minded people.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Systems orientated with exceptional attention to detail
  • Highly organised with time management skills and proven ability to prioritise
  • Real Estate experience is essential
  • Must hold a Certificate of Registration (Assistant Agent qualification)
  • Previous experience in a similar position
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficient skills with using online technologies
  • Outstanding customer service

  • Maintenance
  • In/Outgoings
  • Routines
  • Open for inspections
  • Data entry
  • Client communication
  • Ad-hoc duties as directed
