JOB TITLE: PROPERTY BUSINESS SUPPORT MANAGER
Job Location: Flexible in the UK although must be able to travel to our Paisley or London Office as required
DO YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE TO BE A SUCCESSFUL PROPERTY BUSINESS SUPPORT MANAGER?
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with highly organised skills and meticulous attention to detail?
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills?
- Ability to create and implement end-to-end processes?
- Ability to work independently, prioritise, use initiative, work under pressure and meet deadlines?
- Experience in property and/or facilities management?
- Proven experience in an administrative role at a senior level including line management experience?
- Experience working with a high level of delegated authority and autonomy?
- Experience in developing systems and processes?
