Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

This varied role involves working across our housing sites in the management of compliance servicing programmes. You will be responsible for ensuring that we remain compliant through the relevant regulatory bodies and meet required legislation. You’ll also:

  • Direct, coordinate, monitor and supervise the day-to-day activities of the Compliance Tester, ensuring they are completing regular inspections to ensure our properties are safe, in good condition and meet our quality and Health & Safety standards and statutory obligations.
  • Support the management of compliance servicing programmes that ensures that all relevant legislation is met.
  • Attend sites prior to any assessments being carried out to ensure any risks/issues are identified and resolved. During the assessments you will represent Brunelcare on site to provide access, information and report any matters raised.
  • Record the results of servicing programmes in a method that provides easy and accurate reporting on the contractor’s performance and certification. Using the results to highlight, detect and prevent non-compliance issues.
  • Monitor and review third party service reports, certificates and assessments such as electrical condition reports and fire risk assessments in consultation with Brunelcare colleagues to assess and prioritise any recommendations.
  • Maintain records of review dates for property safety compliance annual checks and servicing.
  • Provide regular statistical data.

You will need to have some experience working in an administrative role, ideally within a property or compliance team. Alongside this you will need:

  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communications
  • Computer literacy (GSuite, Microsoft Excel and Word
