DESCRIPTION:

An opportunity for a full-time Property Coordinator is available to join the Adelaide Property Team on an ongoing basis. The position will be responsible for the end-to-end process of routine and cyclical maintenance requests and providing administrative support to a team of Property Officers.
The position requires the successful candidate to have strong attention to detail, effectively communicate with builders and clients, and have the ability and confidence to maintain and run spreadsheet reports. Effective communication and administrative skills, as well as a strong solution focus, are required for this role.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:

About you

We are seeking someone with sound technical skills and knowledge, a commitment to our vision and mission together with:

  • proven experience in a comparable role in the public / community, private housing sector or transferable sector, is preferred but not essential.
  • intermediate to advanced skills in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel.
  • experience or ability to handle challenging conversations and clients over the phone.
  • prior experience processing work orders, purchase orders and invoices.
  • experience delivering high-quality and efficient administrative work.
  • experience in developing and running operational reports for management.
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills, together with strong interpersonal skills.
  • strong attention to detail together with good numerical skills.
  • well-developed organisational and time management skills, including the ability to manage conflicting priorities.
  • ability to work well in a team and with limited supervision.
