Title: Property Litigation Solicitor - Flexible Hybrid Working
Location: Liverpool
Salary: £40000-£60000

Job Summary: Opportunity to join a Top 200 firm and a Legal 500 listed Property Litigation department based in central Liverpool who have a reputation as one of the best practices in the North of England who have shown a dedicated commitment to a work/life balance.
The role involves acting for landlords, pension funds and asset managers and will include managing a caseload of heavyweight commercial and residential landlord and tenant, real property and forfeiture cases. The team split over 2 offices and you will be working with a Partner, Associate Solicitor, Fee Earners & Paralegals.

Candidate Requirements:

• Extensive property litigation experience.
• Experience of running multi-track cases, injunctions and complex litigation
• Extensive PQE ideally in the region of 2-3 years
