KEY REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 8 years of experience in Facility or Property Management within the industrial or manufacturing segment with experience in both hard and soft services
Strong interpersonal skills and a good team player
Proven capability in managing various stakeholders and project management

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As the Facility Manager, you will be responsible to lead your team, providing world class management services to your clients, focusing on the West part of Singapore. You will be leading a team of Property Management Executives and Technical to run the daily operations including handling over from main contractor/ tenant.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for executing all identified and approved asset enhancement initiatives (AEIs) and improvement plans
Overall management, controlling and monitoring of labour, plant and material at site
Control and coordination of sub-contractors/suppliers
Liaise with Trust Managers and consultant to complete the project in compliance to contract obligation
Responsible for the planning, management and delivery of soft and hard services at the logistics building.
Responsible for annual property management budget preparation, planning and controlling of operating, capital expenses and procurement.
Improve building maintenance standards and efficiency and regularly review the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Ensure compliance with all government regulations, statutory regulations on fire, health and safety standards
Conduct audits to ensure that all safety procedures, including disaster recovery, business continuity plan, emergency response plan and escalation procedures are in place and maintained
Implement green and sustainability initiatives
To succeed in this role, you must have strong mechanical engineering knowledge and is willing to be a hands-on manager.
