Property Management Associate

JOB SCOPE

• Answer inquiries by property agents.
• Keep track of lease expiry dates, inform management & the tenant in advance, and facilitate any negotiation for the renewal.
• Once a tenant is confirmed, prepare the standard documents and arrange for the handover procedure.
• Liaise with property agents to bring their clients to view properties.
• Monitor tenant rental payment and send reminders to tenants for late or outstanding payments.
• Process invoices for payment, ensuring accuracy and proper procedure.
• Maintain proper accounting records and expedite outstanding payments.
• Liaise with vendors to resolve any discrepancies on invoices.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Good organizational skills and detail-oriented.
• Good communication skills in English (written and verbal) and Mandarin (verbal only).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
• Able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
• Experience in a similar administrative role is preferred.
• Understanding of basic accounting principles is preferred.
• Experience with basic accounting software is preferred.
