Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with site managers to deliver high-quality property management.
- Develop and implement plans to streamline daily operations.
- Assist in preparing the site for successful project execution.
- Maintain proactive site upkeep and manage emergency/crisis plans.
- Verify and settle term contract fees and ad hoc invoices on time.
