POSITION OVERVIEW:
Covering a maternity leave assignment starting on 29th of November 2023 and finishing on the 10th of January 2025 your key responsibilities as Property Manager will include:
- Manage and maintain a portfolio of 85 properties.
- Handle leasing, maintenance, arrears management and inspections.
- Utilise property management software, including Property Tree and Inspect Manager.
