We are looking for either a Property Marketing Manager, or a Senior Marketing Executive with experience in retail marketing to join our team in Brisbane; we are in a unique position to be able to adapt the role depending on your experience. This position is a part time position, working 3 or 4 days a week. Focusing largely on retail marketing across our King St and Brisbane Showgrounds Precinct, this role may also support other project teams and areas of the Development business in Brisbane such as new business and commercial leasing.

What you will be doing:

  • Create, lead and deliver the place brand and marketing plan of our precinct, leveraging national frameworks and customer and marketing insights
  • Partnering with internal and external stakeholders and agencies to deliver on the marketing plan, collaborating closely with the Project and retail teams
  • Maintain key stakeholder and retailer relationships to assist in developing local strategy and retailer support initiatives
  • Manage the delivery of precinct campaigns and always on advertising and content from inception and implementation
  • Evaluate and optimise marketing performance to support ROI, providing feedback and insights
  • Manage marketing budget

About you:

  • Industry experience in a marketing, brand or communications role.
  • Experience in retail marketing, ideally within the property, tourism, retail or hospitality industry
  • Ability to create and manage the production of content and communications across a range of channels
  • Excellent verbal and written communicator
  • Experience in engaging with a variety of stakeholder groups
  • Project management skills and track record of juggling multiple tasks and demands
