REQUIREMENTS:

• A current Certificate of Registration or License
• Experience in a similar position is ideal (but not essential)
• A high level of initiative, organisation, time management and customer service skills.
• Demonstrate advanced computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft office applications.
• Have a reliable motor vehicle and valid drivers license
• Have an energetic and enthusiastic personality and be passionate about real estate

• Handle rental enquiries via email and phone.
• Assist with processing tenancy applications and conduct relevant tenant checks.
• Conduct ’open home’ inspections, also on Saturday’s if required.
• Assist with preparing reports.
• Complete detailed ingoing and outgoing property condition reports
• General support to the property management team
• Admin support, entering files and preparation of leases
