A prestigious law firm with several offices based across Shropshire is seeking an experienced conveyancing lawyer to join their dynamic team in their Telford office. This role is tailored for a legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to manage a diverse caseload.
As a valued member of the team, you will be entrusted with a broad spectrum of residential property work. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include overseeing sales and purchases, leasehold transactions, remortgages, new build projects, and transfers of equity. You will be able to navigate complex matters with technical proficiency and a calm demeanour under pressure.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years post-qualification experience (PQE) gained at a reputable firm. Your background will demonstrate a robust understanding of the Solicitors Code of Conduct, particularly in relation to referrals, and an in-depth knowledge of the Money Laundering Regulations.
You will have strong organisational skills, coupled with a keen eye for detail, and will ensure the highest level of service is delivered to clients. Proficiency in IT and case management systems is paramount, as is a solid grasp of MS Office. While experience in Landlord and Tenant matters and leasehold extensions would be advantageous, it is not a prerequisite for an applicant with the right blend of skills and determination.
