Description:
Responsibilities:
- You have 5 – 8 years of professional work experience coordinating teams to develop technical corporate proposals, preferably in the construction, architecture, or engineering industry.
- You have a Degree or Diploma in Commerce/Marketing/Communications, or an equivalent background in marketing, communication, graphic design, project management, or administration. Knowledge of construction would be considered an asset.
- You are comfortable collaborating with teams to meet deadlines, taking a proactive approach to keeping projects on track.
- You have strong process skills involving the efficient scheduling, coordination, and execution of complex projects under challenging timelines.
- You have strong writing and proofreading skills. You pay particular attention to content with regards to copy writing, editing, grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- You have a strong design sensibility and pay particular attention to the visual clarity and consistency of information.
- You have the ability to work collaboratively and be a team player.
- You are well versed with Microsoft 365 (specifically Word and PowerPoint). Working knowledge of programs such as Adobe Creative Suite (particularly InDesign), etc. would be considered an asset.
