Responsibilities:

THE ROLE IS PERMANENT FULL-TIME, BASED AT ERTECH HEAD OFFICE IN WANGARA.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Proposals/Bid Coordinator who thrives in a busy environment to join our National Bid Team.
You will be responsible for coordinating the preparation and development of bids, expressions of interest and pre-qualifications for current and prospective clients.
This pivotal role entails identifying bid requirements and evaluation criteria, efficiently managing inputs from multiple contributors, and utilising your skills to creatively craft quality responses that meet client and Ertech requirements.
You possess competence in utilising tools and templates to compile on-brand bids that effectively communicate our capabilities and value proposition. Attention to detail, coupled with a naturally collaborative approach, are two key strengths you will bring to the role. From initiation to completion, you adeptly prioritise your time and activities to meet every bid milestone and deadline.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO:

  • Identify all bid requirements and evaluation criteria, developing detailed bid plans to manage the process, content, and contributors.
  • Actively engage internal and external subject matter experts to collate high-quality bid-specific content.
  • Co-ordinate the production of bid responses to ensure bids are delivered on time and in compliance with client and organisational requirements.
  • Contribute to win strategies, ensuring these are articulated effectively in the submission.
  • Manage bid inbox to ensure all emails, including addendums and clarifications, are categorised, assigned to contributors, and responded to in a timely manner.
  • Continually improve company-specific collateral and maintain the company knowledge base to support bids.
  • Maintain records, activity, and information in the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system, on tender portals and in other bid-related systems.
