• Assist sales and marketing departments to create, develop and present compelling proposals to win large contracts
• Follows and designs processes to improve stages for all involved in the progression
• Manages the whole proposal process, makes suggestions to improve and develop strong and convincing reports and contracts
• Communicates and sources answers to questions to assist with the development of a variety of proposals
• Researches and communicates with internal and external teams to clarify direction of proposals
• Track and maintain case study and resume files
