Participates in the delivery of high quality client-focused proposals, early engagements and ballpark opportunities within given timeframe

  • Adhere to the proposal process
  • Evaluate and understand client requirements for incoming Request for Proposals (RFPs) and work with operations and proposals teams to design and articulate a compelling strategy
  • Proactively engage the appropriate personnel including Operational teams from all functional areas (eg PM, Epi PCS etc.) that may contribute to strategy.
  • Provide consistent support to meet proposal submission timelines
  • Provide input to the development of processes and tools to improve the quality of proposals and contracts
  • Comply with ICON administrative, training and human resources policies
  • Provides input to departmental process improvements and participate in special projects periodically assigned, in addition to day-to-day duties
  • As a member of staff, the employee is expected to embrace and contribute to our culture of process improvement with a focus on streamlining our processes adding value to our business and meeting client needs.
  • Works well with other individuals and departments to solve problems.
  • Communicates effectively with others at all levels within the organization and with clients/vendors.
  • Capable of seeking and implementing standard and alternative solutions to problems.
  • Anticipates problems before they occur and seeks solutions (risk mitigation).
  • Does not let obstacles prevent completion of assignment, proactively seeks appropriate alternative solutions.
