Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Westpac and Partner marketing teams to enable and execute a customer-centric marketing and communications strategy.
  • As Business SME, support and enable the delivery of all tactical marketing activity ensuring that planned activities within Marketing planned Distribution plans, are delivered on time/budget.
  • Support the delivery of key project activities, to ensure that marketing initiatives are delivered on time/budget.
  • Working with the Performance, Analytics and Insights team, use data and insights to identify customer cohorts and refine and develop customer propositions that articulate our General Insurance CVP.
  • Contribute to a focus on target market development to ensure that customer cohorts are continuously refined in line with appropriate product offers.
  • Support the delivery of strategic initiatives that will support the growth strategy across GI.
  • Support the development, delivery and fulfilment of marketing campaigns and deliver relevant insights.
  • Deliver any other related tasks as reasonably requested.
  • Capture and manage marketing materials and sign-offs.
  • Ensure marketing collateral and content is created with risk, compliance, privacy and legal obligations met throughout, supported by BCM and Compliance teams.
  • Manage and maintain marketing governance and controls, including review and approval matrices for Marketing, Digital and Distribution material between internal stakeholders and external partner stakeholders
