You will be in charge of the business processes and to work on a workforce tool for client’s employees. The team consists of Project Manager, Stakeholder and some expert in the scope of the client.

Map business processes in Visio
Analyse the existing business and bring solutions and improvements
Translate business processes to functional requirements for the development team
Do workshop
Support the development team
Be part of the acceptance testing and do the follow-up with the business user
