Description:

Adcomm MDU SAS is looking for a Prospecting Specialist to join our team in our Cali office. In this role, the ideal candidate will be expected to identify and nurture new business opportunities, focusing on outbound prospecting to find potential clientes.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Advanced level of English (C1).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience and knowledge in Lead Generation and Sales.
  • Prior experience working with Western companies is preferred.
  • Prior experience in the Telecommunications industry or Hospitality industry is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Knowledge of Cold Calling, CRM Systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft 365 applications and Pipeline Management.
  • Demonstrate the ability to know how to identify quality Leads.
  • Active US Visa is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research to identify potential leads across various channels, including corporate databases.
  • Initiate contact and assess the qualification of leads through professional communication methods such as phone calls and emails.
  • Establish and maintain new databases of leads and prospects.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to formulate and implement effective lead generation strategies.
  • Methodically analyze and report on lead generation metrics to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay on top of industry trends and adhere to best practices for continuous improvement in lead generation efforts.
  • Provide exemplary customer service to prospects and clients, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
  • Effectively manage and prioritize multiple taks and projects to meet stringent deadlines.
