ABOUT THE ROLE

‍We are seeking a fulltime Protective Concierge (Security Officer) to join our team. You are a technology focused persons who has excellent communication and customer service skills with a proactive attitude.‍

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

As Protective Concierge, you will interact with the client, scholars, students, and members of the public in a highly visible role providing professional information services whilst ensuring the safety and security of people and assets. As the primary liaison point, the Protective Concierge will be responsible for accurate and timely response to all enquiries and developing operational efficiencies to improve performance. Function room set-up, emergency management assistance, facility bookings, general administrative responsibilities, will combine to underpin a diverse service standard presented by you daily.

‍Essential Criteria ‍

• Security License (NSW 1A).
• First Aid and CPR (current).
• Responsible Service of Alcohol Competency Card (current)
• White Card (or willing to attain).
• Fire Warden (or willing to attain).
• Excellent customer service skills, enthusiasm, positive attitude and a drive to get things done
• An intermediate to advanced IT aptitude and a high level of technical curiosity
• Clear and audibly articulate speech for the purpose of radio operations
• Impeccable personal presentation
