Protein Expression Researcher

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Biological Sciences or equivalent
• Practical laboratory experience in the field of recombinant protein/antibody expression
• Good trouble shooting skills
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Good team working skills

• Responsible for the resuscitation, passage, transfection, culture and other experiments of mammalian cells such as HEK293 and CHO
• Responsible for data analysis and processing of cell culture experiments, and complete the preparation of experimental records and reports
• Participate in multiple R & D projects as part of the field project team
• Responsible for the formulation and update of SOP, summarize and solidify work experience
• Managing instruments, and be able to carry out maintenance as required
• Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor
