POSITION SUMMARY
This position can be Work From Home anywhere in the United States.
- Team lead will be SME for internal processes and workflow guidance
- Ensure appropriate and timely training occurs when additional resources are needed
- Identify opportunities to increase workflow/production with process improvements
- Assist with and ensure inventory is continually monitored and adjusted among the team to meet TAT and compliance requirements
- Raises opportunity to address any internal performance issues / educational opportunities internally, prior to Network Ops and Health Plan involvement
- Responsible for creating FAQ’s specific to questions on roster/PCR process
- Identify and communicate any issues with roster/PCR process immediately with Management
- Contributes to health plan confidence and partnership
- Contributes to compliance with turn-around-time related to issue resolution
- Assist on coordination of productivity and assignments
- Support the coordination of escalated issues
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-3 years experience working with provider data.
- 6+ months’ experience communicating directly with internal teams and/ or external partners.
- Microsoft skills in Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel. Must be able to do VLOOKUPS and pivot tables.
- Problem solving and troubleshooting knowledge
- QNXT system knowledge
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 1+ years’ experience with QuickBase.
Education Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
