Join an award-winning allied health care centre as a Psychologist Team Leader and provide exceptional therapy to a diverse range of NDIS, Medicare and private clients across the lifespan while managing a team of driven Psychologists.
Our leading client is looking for a skilled Psychologist Team Leader to join their all-inclusive practice. This role offers incredible flexibility with the freedom to choose your working days, hours and location - work from 3 locations across Victoria - Roxburgh Park, Campbellfield and Coburg North.
REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:
- Tertiary qualification in Psychology
- AHPRA registration
- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
- Previous experience managing a team of provisional psychologists
- Proven time management skills with the ability to adhere to treatment schedules
- Co-manage clients through collaboration with other practitioners such as OTs, speech pathologists, dietitians and facilitating your own department to work independently and in a team
Responsibilities:
YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Role includes a mix of clinic based and community based work with travel to clients within a 30 minute radius from clinic.
- Manage psychologists on site for day to day support.
- Manage a reduced caseload for the psychology team based on leadership responsibilities.
- Providing clinical support to a team of Provisional Psychologists.
- Maintain caseload of NDIS, Workcover and TAC referrals.
