PTP Service Delivery Manager
For Global Finance Accounting (GFA)
Location: Weybridge, United Kingdom
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced PTP Service Delivery Manager to join our team in Weybridge, the United Kingdom. You will:

  • Be responsible for the delivery of a customer support operation for both internal and external customers (Service Desk / SOFIA Chatbot Solution).
  • Maintain a strong emphasis on the Voice of the Customer.
  • Identify areas of opportunity within the P2P scope based on data collection through the Service Desk/SOFIA Chatbot.
  • Collect and share information within Sony and WNS (Strategic Partner) applicable to various areas within PtP, including Invoice Processing, Balance Sheet Reconciliation, Payment Activities (incl. Cashflow Best Practices and Forecast), and Master Data Management and Governance (as per Global Standards and Compliance).
  • Conduct data analytics for each of the identified areas and others as per strategic demand.

You will bring:

  • Proven experience in managing customer support operations and delivering high-quality customer service in account payable.
  • Strong knowledge of P2P processes, including invoice processing, balance sheet reconciliation, payment activities, and master data management.
  • Previous experience of managing remote multicultural teams across multiple sites and locations.
  • Expertise of SAP ERP including S4 Hana, knowledge of other tools and software is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capability to collaborate effectively in multi-matrix organisations with teams from different departments.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify underlying causes of problems and devise successful resolutions.
  • Capability to effectively implement ongoing improvement initiatives and facilitate organizational transformation.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
