Write and edit press releases to communicate key messages and announcements effectively.
Creating and identifying stories and campaigns that highlight AirHelp’s work and increase air passenger rights awareness.
Prepare briefing materials for our spokespeople to ensure they are well-equipped for media interactions and public speaking opportunities.
Assist in managing relationships with external PR agencies, coordinating activities and providing direction as needed.
Undertake administrative tasks such as maintaining media lists, tracking coverage, and managing PR-related documentation.
Collaborate closely with the Marketing Department, Data Team and Legal Team to execute strategic communication initiatives.
