Description:
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Minimum 4 years of experience working in public relations in Dubai, UAE, preferred DMCC
- Sound knowledge of government services and procedures Tasheel, Amer, DED, Labor law, Immigration procedures, etc
- Excellent written and spoken English and the ability to clearly communicate
- Excellent organisational skills
- Experience using ERP system (ideally Success Factors).
- Experience using Coupa and raising purchase order
- Computer literate with skills using Microsoft office.

Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will play a key role in the operations of our office in Dubai. This role will serve as public relations for our entity in the UAE, ensuring smooth management of our business registration, efficient visa processing and supporting our employees with day-to-day operations.
This role demands a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of local regulations to facilitate business operations and compliance.
