REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience as a Pump Service Technician / Maintenance Fitter / Mechanical Fitter or similar role
• Mechanically minded
• Experience with a variety of pumps and fluid handling equipment
• Ability to read technical drawings and manuals
• Good communication and interpersonal skills and ability to problem solve
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Ability to work flexible hours as required

Looking for a Pump Service Technician / Maintenance Mechanical Fitter to join the dynamic team based in Kalgoorlie. This role involves installing, servicing, and repairing a range of pumps and fluid handling equipment. You’ll work autonomously and collaboratively, ensuring optimal performance of customer equipment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Installation, maintenance, and repair of various types of pumps and fluid handling equipment
• Performing thorough inspections and tests on pumps and equipment to verify they are functioning at optimal efficiency levels
• Fault finding/diagnosing problems in equipment
• Providing effective solutions for improving pump performance
• Maintaining accurate records of service work and customer interactions
• Providing excellent customer service to clients
