Purchase:

  • Assist in sourcing suppliers and obtaining competitive quotations for services and goods;
  • Coordinate with vendors to negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules;
  • Process purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures;
  • Track orders and monitor delivery status to ensure timely receipt of goods and services and quality of the services;
  • Validate invoices and ensure its payment request;
  • Maintain procurement records and documentation, including contracts, invoices, and supplier information.
  • Operational contract management: assist and manage supplier contracts, including renewals, and monitoring;
  • Assist in vendor management activities, including performance evaluation and relationship management;
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and requirements;
  • Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities and process improvements within the procurement function;
  • Provide administrative support, such as organising meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining inventory records;
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in procurement and purchasing.

Fleet Administrative Management:

  • Coordinate vehicle orders, deliveries, and returns;
  • Implement policies and procedures for the management of Devoteam PT’s fleet;
  • Manage the activation/deactivation of fleet services;
  • Monitor lease agreements and ensure timely renewals or terminations;
  • Control vehicles’ mileage;
  • Coordinate and schedule repairs with authorised vendors;
  • Monitor fuel card usage and reconcile expenses with accounting records.
  • Manage road traffic notifications and violations and its respective cost allocation to the employee;
  • Maintain and update data related to the company’s fleet records (physical and digital archives);

Telecom and Mobile Device Management:

  • Prepare and maintain all necessary documentation, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records;
  • Manage the inventory of SIM Cards, mobile devices, and related equipment, tracking quantities, status, and location;
  • Handle the provisioning of mobile devices, ensuring they meet the requirements of the organisation;
  • Manage the activation and deactivation of telecom services;
  • Oversee the administrative aspects of equipment deliveries and returns, coordinating with relevant departments and suppliers as needed.
  • Bachelor degree in Management or similar.
  • Strong problem-solving attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt to various stakeholders.

  • Quick adaptability to changing priorities.
