Description:

Elevation Recruitment Group are excited to be recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk for a large, company based in Leeds. This role is joining a well-established finance team, who are now looking for a committed and experienced memeber to come in and hit the ground running. This position will cover all aspects of Purchase Ledger and offers some fantastic benefits!

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Inputting purchase invoices
  • Purchase order matching, ensuring all queries are resolved in time
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Answering supplier queries timely and ensuring a clean and organised AP Mailbox is maintained at all times.
  • Processing supplier payments and expenses payments.
  • Allocating DD payments and other credits to the supplier accounts
  • Reviewing aged creditor reports and preparing payment runs
  • Matching petty cash and credit card receipts and putting them onto the system
  • Supporting all other teams within accounts as and when required

TO BE SUCCESSFUL CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE, YOU WILL BRING THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE / SKILLS:

  • Attention to detail in a fast-paced, challenging environment
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Previous Purchase Ledger experience (minimum of two years)
  • Experience on the GRNI side and with 3 way matching (desirable but not essential)
