Description:

This role is an exciting opportunity for an immediately available purchase ledger clerk to join our Chippenham based client for a period for 2-3 months.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in accounts payable or a closely related field

  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Accurate and timely processing of invoices
  • Reconciliation of vendor statements and resolution of discrepancies
  • Collaboration with internal teams to facilitate invoice approvals
  • Management of vendor inquiries and maintenance of vendor relationships
  • Assistance in month-end closing activities
