JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a Purchase & Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing purchase orders, providing top-notch customer service, and ensuring efficient inventory management for our wholesale distribution company. This position requires a candidate with strong computer skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
REQUIREMENTS:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with inventory management software.
Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
Basic math skills and attention to detail for accurate order processing and inventory management.
Previous experience in a similar role or industry preferred, but not required.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes and procedures.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in business, logistics, or related fields is a plus.

Responsibilities:
Interact with customers daily, both in-person and remotely, to address inquiries, process orders, and deliver exceptional service.
Accurately enter and manage purchase orders in our operating system, ensuring all details are captured correctly.
Coordinate with suppliers and factories to facilitate timely delivery of products and manage inventory levels effectively.
Receive and process incoming inventory accurately, verifying quantities and quality to maintain precise stock levels.
Conduct regular inventory count cycles to identify discrepancies and maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with internal teams to address any issues related to orders, inventory, or customer inquiries.
Maintain organized and updated records of transactions, orders, and inventory levels.
