We are looking for a strategic Purchaser for HR Services, Fleet & Mobility category.
Our category is responsible for the sourcing of all HR services such as recruitment, staffing, outsourcing, outplacement, pre-employment background check, leasing, mobility solutions etc.
To succeed in this role, we believe that you have a strategic mindset with a good understanding of driving business on a global level with multiple stakeholders. You are a natural leader with excellent communication skills. It comes natural to you to build and maintain good relationships with both colleagues and business contacts. You have an investigative mind-set with an openness to change, looking for new possibilities, challenging and improving ways of working. You are a quick learner, have analytical skills and pay attention to details.
Furthermore, we believe that you have knowledge/experience in all or some of below topics:
- Indirect Procurement
- Category Management
- Sourcing & negotiations
- Supplier Management
- Project Management
- working with figures and financial acumen
- Fleet market (an advantage)
- Staffing, including program approach (an advantage)
Since you will work mainly with Nordic countries in this role, speaking Swedish or other Nordic language could be beneficial.

Responsibilities:
You will also be responsible to drive large-scale procurement initiatives both on Global and Country level, which include supplier selections, commercial negotiations, implementation and building supplier relationships where you, together with the Ingka team, will secure the best buy for Ingka Group.
An important part of your role is to build trustful relations with the business partners and together you will continuously seek for improvements and develop the business. You will be responsible for driving the implementation of strategies by following the procurement process. Further you will secure governance of strategic supplier relationships, challenge supplier to constantly improve all aspects of supplier performance, secure compliance and ensure that the suppliers are complying with our sustainability directives and IKEA code of conduct.
