You will need to be immediately available, ideally based in Melbourne, however, can consider applications from Sydney and Brisbane (remote working ability).

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE:

As a Technology Commercial Analyst, you’ll be reporting to the Performance and Productivity Manager and will be an integral part of the Technology – Risk Governance and Performance department. This temporary contract role involves providing support and expertise in various aspects of the purchase to pay process for technology, including sourcing and commercial management, purchasing strategies, supply chain coordination, and vendor invoicing.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate workload across the Service team, prioritising requests and activities to meet deadlines.
  • Offer oversight, assistance, and advice to Services and/or technology teams.
  • Proactively identify and drive process and service improvement opportunities.
  • Contribute to the introduction of technologies and data analytics capabilities.
  • Provide data analysis, reporting, and pattern analysis on financial spend.
  • Manage vendor services and/or teams, ensuring performance to KPIs.
  • Offer second-line service and support to company’s APAC Market Units, Technology function, and Project Teams.
  • Provide guidance on adherence and compliance to Procurement and Finance policies.
  • Support the implementation of Procurement agenda and framework.
