The Hilton San Diego Bayfront is looking for its next Purchasing Clerk!
Our waterfront hotel has 1,190 guest rooms and over 170,000 square feet elegant indoor and gorgeous outdoor event spaces.
Rising above the San Diego Bay and steps from the Gaslamp Quarter and Petco Park, Hilton San Diego Bayfront is the signature SoCal resort. If you are a hands-on person who likes to get tasks done, this is the position for you.
Responsibilities:
- Purchase materials for the hotel through approved vendors
- Establish, manage and maintain supply levels for the hotel
- Purchase maintenance and repair supplies for hotel
- Adhere to established procedures and policies in purchases
- Research prices and supplies of non-mandated items
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, local and company regulations regarding storage, safety and sanitatio
