PURCHASING COORDINATOR

Location: Leeds (Easy access via M62 / M1 / M621)
Salary: Competitive (depending on experience)
Here at NEO Property Solutions we’re on the look out for a Purchasing Coordinator to join our friendly team based on the outskirts of Leeds (Cross Green). Working closely with your manager and the wider business, we will provide you with ongoing training and support to complete your duties.
The role is an ideal opportunity for someone with previous admin / coordinator experience who is looking for a company that offers both security, a great culture and the chance to develop.
The role of Purchasing Coordinator will support our Procurement Manager in administering and coordinating purchases for our offices and field based workforce, monitoring the procurement inbox and keeping all records upto date and accurate.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

  • Strong verbal / written communication
  • Coordination
  • IT literate (Microsoft packages)
  • Previous experience of Sage200 would be highly advantageous

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Monitoring procurement inbox
  • Updating the preferred suppliers list
  • Placing orders for goods (online / email / over the phone)
  • Updating the Operations teams with lead times
  • Data entry
  • Monitoring stock levels of consumables

THE ROLE WILL SUITE:

Team players with 2+ years’ experience gained within a buying role ideally within the construction sector or regulated industry.
