Description:
INTERNAL / EXTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS
Internally with Project, Construction, HSSE, Quality Team Etc.
Externally with Client, Regulatory Authorities, Subcontractor and Suppliers etc.
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
Professional Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Renewable Energy Engineering
5 to 8 years of Experience and preferably 4 years regional experience in similar position
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS / FEATURES
Proficiency in PV Design and Simulation Software
Regulatory Knowledge, Design and Simulation Tools etc.
Between 5 - 7 Year

Responsibilities:
Develop detailed designs and specifications for PV systems, including solar panel layouts, mounting structures, and electrical configurations, adhering to industry standards and local regulations.
Choose appropriate PV components, such as solar panels, inverters, charge controllers, and batteries, based on project requirements and efficiency considerations.
Conduct site assessments to evaluate the suitability of locations for PV installations, considering factors like shading, topography, and environmental impacts.
Manage the permitting process, ensuring that PV projects comply with local zoning, building codes, and environmental regulations.
Enforce safety standards and implement quality control measures to ensure that PV installations are completed safely and meet design specifications.
Oversee the installation of PV systems, coordinating with construction teams and subcontractors to ensure proper construction practices and equipment placement.
Develop electrical schematics and supervise the wiring and interconnection of PV components, including inverters, batteries, and grid connections.
Minimize environmental impacts through proper waste disposal, recycling practices, and responsible use of resources.
Conduct performance tests on PV systems to validate their efficiency and address any issues or malfunctions.
Maintain comprehensive records of project documentation, including as-built drawings, technical reports, and warranties.
