JOB SUMMARY

We are actively seeking Python experts with robust backend engineering skills to join our team for a short-term engagement, with the possibility of extension based on project success. The ideal candidate should commence work within the next week or two and demonstrate proficiency in Python development.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Exceptional English proficiency (B2+ written and spoken).
• 5+ years of general experience in software development.
• Impeccable punctuality (schedules are flexible, but being on time for meetings is crucial).
• 1+ years of hands-on Python experience.
• Solid Backend Development knowledge with up-to-date coding practices.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision with a high level of proactivity.
• Ability to understand and translate client requirements into highly effective solutions.
• Excellent time management practices and ability to meet deadlines.

• Design, develop, and deploy backend solutions independently or in collaboration with a small development team.
• Quickly prototype solutions and create functioning MVPs for agile client demonstrations.
• Write efficient, reusable, and reliable Python code to meet project requirements.
• Participate in code reviews, identify improvement areas, and implement best practices.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand project goals and translate them into technical requirements.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure the stability and performance of the application.
