The post holder will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our internally developed key clinical systems . You will be responsible for understanding user journeys and functional requirements, developing and implementing test plans and test cases, and contributing to the overall success of our projects.

Your role will involve collaboration with Business Analysts, Test Engineers, and Developers to maintain high-quality standards throughout the software development lifecycle.

You will be responsible for understanding user journeys and functional requirements, developing and implementing test plans and test cases, and contributing to the overall success of our projects.
  • Your role will involve collaboration with Business Analysts, Test Engineers, and Developers to maintain high-quality standards throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • To role model compassionate and inclusive leadership in order to shape the creation of a collective leadership culture within the trust. Work closely with Business Analysts to comprehend user journeys and functional requirements, ensuring a thorough understanding of all our internally developed clinical systems
The post holder will develop and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases, ensuring coverage of all relevant scenarios.
Execute tests on various platforms and devices to validate the functionality of healthcare applications.
Create and maintain regression test packs to ensure that new updates do not adversely impact existing functionalities.
Support the test team in delivering QA responsibilities, fostering a collaborative environment for efficient testing processes.
Collaborate with developers to find solutions to challenges and actively contribute to the overall success of the projects.
Report progress and issues to the Test Manager, providing clear and concise updates on testing status.
Demonstrate the ability to detect and resolve issues promptly to ensure the reliability and functionality of all systems.
Stay updated with the latest testing techniques and software, demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
Willingly acquire new skills that contribute to the enhancement of the QA team’s capabilities
