Along with being passionate about maintaining high-quality standards and improving software reliability you will also bring:

  • 3 + years experience in a quality assurance position;
  • Previous experience working in a fast paced Agile team providing continuous delivery;
  • Skilled in creating automated test cases using tools like Selenium;
  • Experience with Continuous Integration tools;
  • Strong background in troubleshooting;
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders;
  • Quick learner who is motivated to pick up new concepts.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you a detail-oriented QA Analyst with a passion for ensuring software excellence? Join our team and play a critical role in the end-to-end testing of our systems, driving quality assurance processes to minimise development defects and uphold our high standards. You’ll be working on our latest product StudentPayPlus .
StudentPayPlus, a Sentral product, is an online platform offering school uniform and supplies stores, as well as canteen meal ordering solutions. Launched in 2023, StudentPayPlus facilitates cashless transactions, benefiting parents, schools, and volunteers. Our solution integrates global expertise with local contributions, collaborating closely with our partners in the USA and Canada.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with developers to establish and maintain QA processes that reduce defects and enhance product reliability;
  • Identify and eliminate issues affecting reliability, function, and performance for end-users;
  • Work with Product Owners, Project Managers, and Team Leads to set clear acceptance criteria for development tasks;
  • Implement strategies to improve the quality and reliability of software updates and new developments;
  • Address and resolve issues related to existing test frameworks and scripts;
  • Test IT processes for compliance with documented standards and contribute to improvement programs;
  • Provide accurate effort forecasting and meet sprint commitments;
  • Contribute to problem-solving initiatives, fostering ongoing growth and innovation in testing.
