  Our client is a market leader within their industry. With massive expansion plan in Asia, they are recruiting a new QA Software Test Specialist APAC (Java, Selenium) to join their team.
  About the job
  Your role includes:
  Providing and implementing QA test plan for the company. Being the key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases, providing QA services and coordinating resource
  Creating test scripts for automated execution based on user stories and test cases. This includes defining and evolution of test plans, cases, matrix and execution results analysis.
  Managing the off-shore resources, assigning of work and coordinating resources for testing/QA projects
  Creating the Performance testing plan and strategy for projects. This includes establishing priorities and integration logical diagrams, conducts tests in factory and on site, supports acceptance as well as commissioning, analyses results and communicates them to development teams.
  Ensuring quality and the design of software testing and improvements to maintain the business reliability. This includes ensuring the validity of all testing artefacts required during the Build and Test Phases of the SDLC project delivery methodology
  Driving lessons learned activities for prevention/corrective actions in the future
  Skills and experience required
  As a successful applicant, you will have at least 5 year of experience in Test/ QA. Exposure to At - test strategy/plan will be of added advantage.
  Candidates from end user background with cloud experience will be of added advantage.
