WHAT WE NEED:
The “QA Analyst” will report directly to the “Sr QA Manager”. We are seeking a skilled, meticulous, and driven Quality Analyst to join our Quality Engineering (QE) team. This team member is responsible for knowledge of software and specialized testing to ensure product quality including working experience in test automation. This role will be responsible for critical thinking and expert-level experience in software applications, websites, and their functions. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving skills, commitment to ensuring that our products meet or exceed customers, and good exposure to cloud-based test automation platforms with a deep understanding of software testing principles.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for manual and automated testing.
- Execute test cases, identify defects, and ensure they are properly documented and tracked.
- Perform functional, integration, and system and conduct thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
- Collaborate with the Product Management team to understand business requirements and ensure they are met through comprehensive testing.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver, C#/Java or ANY automation tools including and not limited to cloud-based test automation platforms.
- Identify, record, document, and track bugs using bug-tracking tools like Azure DevOps
- Provide regular updates on test progress, test results, and quality metrics.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to testing processes and methodologies.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the QA process.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and business analysts to deliver high-quality products.
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Ability to adjust quickly and effectively to changes within a project, process and/or software changes.
