You would hold a significant role as a valued member of the Quality Assurance team within the Food Systems Business Unit. We offer support to 8 global sites, collaborating with 460 colleagues. Quality Assurance’s domain encompasses Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), Quality Management System (QMS, ISO 9001), Lean Six Sigma (a problem-solving methodology), Project portfolio management, and addressing customer claims.

Key tasks:

  • Implementation & compliance to ISO 9001 2015 certified QMS
  • Support and deploy strategic & continuous improvement projects
  • Support & update issue management tools and coordinate Customer and Supplier claims
  • Drive Health & Safety initiatives globally
  • Extract and communicate QHSE performance data to different levels of management
  • Train new users in issue management tools & QMS
  • Train colleagues in DMAIC & problem-solving methodology
  • Support our SharePoint superuser on Global QMS platform
  • Support & facilitate Continuous Improvement meetings

What you know
You hold a degree in Engineering or a related field, have exceptional English proficiency, and boast a minimum of three years of experience in Quality management within a project-centric setting. You possess a strong grasp of the ISO 9001:2015 standard and have a background in conducting audits. You are proficient in handling IT tools and exhibit aptitude with platforms such as Office 365 and Power BI. Any prior involvement in Quality Control work would be an added advantage.
