Position Summary:

NAVEX is looking for a new QA Coordinator who will assist with day-to-day QA review of custom web pages and other tailored web-based services to NAVEX customers. In addition, the QA Coordinator will analyse, validate, prepare, and audit data introduced into customer databases, and facilitate processes that contribute to data quality, including researching functionality of our current and future products and assisting in creation of strategies and tools for validation of data quality and integrity within those products. What You Will Do:

  • Perform quality assurance checks on web intake sites, web forms and training courses
  • Confirm quality, and accuracy of display, of data in multiple languages
  • Perform quality assurance checks on back-end system configurations
  • Audit, document, and validate completeness and correctness of existing customer data
  • Evaluate project requests based on system requirements
  • Manage multiple work tasks, prioritising responsibilities, and execute deliverables
  • Provide technical support for Services teams
  • Maintain individual Key Performance targets (on-time completion, utilization, etc.)
  • Follow instructions and establish guidelines assigned by your manager

What You Will Need:

  • A high level of attention to detail, excellent follow through, consistently reliable and accountable
  • Experience managing the integrity and quality of a variety of types of data preferred, not required
  • Familiarity with popular web browsers and principles of accessibility preferred
  • Basic understanding of database structures and functionality as they affect interface design preferred
  • The ability to interpret instructions from diverse sources
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work within fixed deadlines
  • The ability to learn and assimilate new information quickly
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a commitment to engage with people across a variety of levels with diverse backgrounds

  • The starting pay for this role is £30,000 per annum.
  • Pay progression is based on performance.
