THE ROLE

You help safeguard the quality and reliability of our identity proofing applications which run on desktop devices and integrate seamlessly with third-party identity document scanner hardware.
Your influence is evident in your advocacy for rigorous testing practices and your ability to provide valuable insights from test results. Collaborating closely with engineers and product managers, you contribute to successful product releases and sustained quality.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Design and implement test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate the functionality, usability, and performance of our application components.
• Execute test cases manually and utilizing automated testing tools to identify bugs, defects, and inconsistencies in software products.
• Resolving technical issues and system failures, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on project timelines.
• Maintaining thorough documentation of test plans, test cases, and test results, ensuring traceability and facilitating effective communication within the team.
• Providing mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members, fostering skills development and collaboration within the QA domain.
• Develop an understanding of current solution implementations to make informed decisions and contribute effectively to ongoing initiatives.
• Explore emerging technologies and methodologies to enhance product quality and testing efficiency.
