THE JOB:

Buildertrend is seeking a QA Engineer with a proven track record of delivering on, and exceeding goals. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and implementing effective test strategies to ensure the delivery of high-quality software that meets needs of our amazing clients. The right candidate must be an exceptional Quality Assurance Engineer with a strong academic background and coding experience. Candidate must be a self-starter, work well with others and be able to adapt to changes quickly in a dynamic engineering environment.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, define, and implement software testing strategies
• Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.
• Develop and maintain API and UI automated test scripts
• Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Continuously research and evaluate emerging software testing technologies and industry trends
• Mentor and guide junior QA Engineers, providing technical leadership and expertise
