POSITION SUMMARY

• Assure the organisation’s adherence and compliance to the regulatory requirement for the grant and continuation of Maintenance
• Organisation Approval, and in upholding high standard of quality and safety management system.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Aircraft Maintenance Engineer License with multiple categories; or
• Degree in Aerospace or Aeronautical or Engineering discipline.
• Working experience more than 5 years

AREAS OF EXPERIENCE

Aircraft Maintenance Organisation.

• Plan and conduct audits as per approved audit programme or as directed by Head Quality & Safety to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and conformance to the company procedures, and produce the audit reports within the specified timeline.
• Conduct surveillance of aircraft maintenance activities, and component repair and overhaul activities to ensure compliance with standard practices, company & regulatory requirements followed by the submission of surveillance reports on significant deficiencies.
• Process the application for the personnel license / approval authorisation, hangar and workshop maintenance capability, and any other relevant authorisation as required and determined by Maintenance Organisation Exposition (MOE) followed by respective review and assessment before making final recommendation to Head Quality & Safety for the issuance of respective Approval or Authorisation.
• Establish and maintain a system / process of tracking the audit finding action plans to ensure timely closure of External Audit Report and Internal Audit Report. Provide the necessary follow up action to ensure stakeholders’ strict adherence to the timeline.
• Assist the respective Manager Quality & Safety in the development and implementation of internal process/activities to improve the quality and safety standards as envisaged by the organisation.
• Review and update MOE and its associated manuals / documents at regular intervals to comply with the regulatory requirement. This include review of submission package to ensure their accuracies and completeness for submission.
