Description:
IDEXX is seeking a QA Engineer to help solve problems, provide scalable and innovative solutions, and enhance existing VetLab software . You will join a team of talented software engineers, driving innovation in veterinary care
Location: Westbrook, Maine. Ideal candidate is able to work onsite on campus.
About the Role
Do you want to play a key role in enhancing and developing Software solutions that enable veterinarians and veterinary technicians to provide care for pets in over 50,000 veterinary practices while contributing to improvements in pet health? Do you want to be part of a high functioning Scrum team with a strong business partnership and a drive for doing great work?
The IDEXX VetLab Station Team would like to meet you!
The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background in customer facing software development and a solid understanding of Test strategy, planning, development, and execution.
Develops and executes formal test plans to ensure quality of software applications.
Plans tests, writes test cases/scripts, automates test cases and executes tests.
Defines and tracks quality metrics such as defects and test results.
Documents problems and assists in resolution.
Delivers quality process training to technical staff and acts as an internal quality consultant to advise or influence business or technical partners.
