JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Salesforce testing, including hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Lightning, and other Salesforce products.
  • Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and techniques.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Test Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and create comprehensive test plans and test cases for Salesforce applications.
  • Test Execution: Perform functional, integration, regression, and performance testing of Salesforce solutions to identify defects and ensure the system meets business requirements.
  • Defect Management: Document, track, and prioritize defects found during testing, and work closely with developers and business analysts to ensure timely resolution.
  • Release Management: Participate in release planning and deployment activities, conducting pre-release and post-release validation to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain test documentation including test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test reports in accordance with industry standards.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on Salesforce best practices, new features, and emerging technologies, and actively contribute to process improvements and optimization of testing methodologies.
